The burning platform is the cocktail of challenges facing our healthcare system: Ageing population, scarcity in workforce, and financial resources in public healthcare.
From a life science company perspective, the challenges include closed doors among healthcare professionals, more centralized public health spending decision-making, more complex patient treatments, and long product development cycles.
At the same time, an abundance of real-world data and digital interconnectivity of devices help to shape better patient diagnostics, monitoring, and treatment. However, making the most of these enablers can also be a challenge.
New ways of working, thinking, and organising are required to solve these complex issues, and the two modules (2x2 course days) of this Masterclass will give you both overview and concrete input on how to progress:

Module 1 (day 1 and 2):
- Inclusive innovation leadership: how to enable impactful innovation and a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion culture (DE & I).
- Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG): how to successfully drive business innovation through ESG initiatives in life science and healthcare industries.
Module 2 (day 3 and 4):
- AI, data science, and digital health: how to improve, accelerate, and validate patient treatment through AI, data science, and digital health.
- How to drive and scale innovation through Private-Public partnerships (PPPs) in healthcare.
As this is a modular course, you can choose to participate only in Module 1 or in both Module 1 and 2.
The Masterclass is a collaboration between CBS Executive Fonden and Atrium and offers the latest theoretical frameworks from academic researchers as well as inspirational keynotes, insights, and real use cases from industry leaders and practitioners.
The course builds on a strong element of active learning in work groups to strengthen participants’ understanding and application of the new knowledge.
There will also be plenty of networking opportunities with peers during the course.
