Registering for a course

Please be aware that registration for a course is binding once you’ve received confirmation. You must accept Atrium’s terms and conditions to register for a course.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation or postponement of a course or exam must be in writing to Atrium. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to a course or exam, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 30 and 15 days prior, you will receive a 75% refund. If you cancel 14 days prior and later, it is no longer possible to receive a refund or postpone a course or exam.

Course and material fees

All course fees are excluding VAT, if not otherwise specified, and include the presentation materials and meals during the course. All prices on educational materials are excluding VAT, but include shipping. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK).

Terms of delivery

Delivery of materials will be within 2-5 working days after receipt of order. Freight and postage is included in the price of the goods, unless otherwise is stated.

Terms of payment

Credit cards: Payment is via a secure connection (https://). Atrium has no access to card data and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption of transfers and encryption certificates. Payment is made online using credit cards that are listed on the website. The amount will be raised from the account at the earliest on the day you receive a final confirmation that you are enrolled in the course or when the course materials are forwarded. The amount will only be deducted if the relevant financial institution already has approved the transaction - otherwise the registration/order is not processed and will be cancelled. Invoice: Payment is due within 14 calendar days after receipt of invoice. If the amount is not paid within 31 days after the last payment date, default interest will be added that at any time is determined by the National Bank's current lending rate plus an extra charge of 7%. Three reminders will be sent with a fee of DKK 100 per reminder. If no payment is received after three reminders, a claim will be placed for collection. If you sign up less than 14 calendar days prior to the beginning of the course, the payment will fall due immediately.

Formation of a contract

At each purchase you must accept the terms and conditions. You are invited to read through the terms and familiarise yourself with the rights and liabilities that the conditions allow you. You will have the opportunity to see and edit all your information before you confirm your order.

Cookies

Atrium uses a Log statistics system which gathers information about visitors at www.atriumcph.com. The intention is to optimise the site and its potential uses, just as the Log statistics gives us information about the visits at www.atriumcph.com.

Newsletters and other information from Atrium

When you sign up for our newsletter, you will automatically receive newsletters and other related information materials from Atrium. You can always unsubscribe from this service on the website and from each newsletter.

Disputes

In Denmark, any dispute or claim relating to an item or service purchased at www.atriumcph.com can be submitted at Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can file a formal complaint to Center for Klageløsning at www.forbrug.dk.

If you are resident of another EU-country, a dispute can be submitted at the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform): http://ec.europa.eu/odr The dispute should refer to our e-mail adress: contact@atriumcph.com.
