Purchase of a course
When purchasing on our website, please note that the registration is only final when you have received written confirmation from us.
General rules for discounts, offers, etc.
During certain time periods and for certain courses, we offer a discount or other offers. For all of these, it applies that you cannot combine them with any other discounts or other offers. For example: if you are a public employee and have the opportunity for a 50% price reduction on a course, a "2-for-1 price" offer on the same course cannot be activated.
Special conditions for course purchased as part of a 2-for-1 campaign
The offer is a package solution where you can participate two employees from the same company. The two participants cannot subsequently split up, nor switch to another course. In that case, the campaign discount is void and payment must be made for both participants. The offer applies only to courses when specifically stated in the course description.
Exams
If you are unable to attend an exam for which you have registered, you must register for the exam again and pay the exam fee again. This applies regardless of the reason you are taking the re-examination, i.e. regardless of whether your absence was due to illness or that you failed the exam initially.
Cancellation and illness
Any cancellation must be made in writing to Atrium.
If cancelled more than 30 days before the course starts, the full course price will be refunded.
In case of cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the course starts, 75% of the course price is refunded.
If cancellation takes place 14 days before the course or later, a refund of the course fee or transfer to another course is no longer possible.
If you get sick and cannot attend the course, you may hand over the seat to a colleague, who will then have to register for the course on our website prior to course start.
If you don't want to transfer your place to a colleague, you can find another course (at the same price) to transfer to.
If you can't find another course to attend or don't want a credit note, we can hold the amount for you until you find another course you want to attend. Your credit must be used within 3 years of issue.
In either case, please contact us on tel: +45 3927 6060 or contact@atriumcph.com for more information.
Course and material fees
All course fees are, unless otherwise stated, excl. VAT and cover teaching materials and catering during the course.
All prices for course materials are excl. VAT, but including shipping.
Prices are stated in Danish kroner (DDK) unless otherwise stated.
Terms of payment
Credit card:
Payment is made via a secure connection (https://). Atrium has no access to card data and uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption of transfers and encryption certificates.
Payment can be made online with the credit cards listed on the website.
Note: The courses offered in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen (KU) are paid for on KU's website, which only accepts payment via invoice.
The amount is withdrawn from the account at the earliest on the day you receive final confirmation that you have registered for the course. The amount is only withdrawn if the relevant financial institution has already approved the transaction - otherwise the registration/order is not processed and is cancelled.
Invoice:
Payment is due within 14 calendar days (for private individuals) or 30 days (for companies) after receipt of the invoice. If the amount is not paid within 31 days of the last payment date, standard interest is added as determined at any time by Danmarks Nationalbank's current lending rate plus an additional charge of 7%. Three reminders are sent with a fee of DKK 100 per Reminder.
If we do not receive payment after three reminders, a claim will be placed for collection. If you sign up for a course less than 14 calendar days before the start of the course, payment is due immediately.
VAT refund:
According to the Danish VAT legislation (§ 21) DLI A/S (Atrium) is obligated to add VAT when the training takes place in Denmark. If the invoice is made for a company which is liable for VAT, the company will be able to apply for a VAT refund according to either the 8th or 13th directive in the Danish VAT legislation.
