We are moving from "just in case" to "just in time" learning. Our director, Sysser Ærtebjerg, shares her two cents on the topic. 👇

🎉 Meet our newest colleagues:    🔹 Laura Skyum, client manager in our Commercial Team. Physically active and deeply social, she values meaningful connections both at work and in her personal life. 🔹 Nikolas Grafwallner, student assistant. After completing his bachelor's in Munich and gaining pharma experience, he's now studying environmental science at the University of Copenhagen. Still exploring Copenhagen's streets and always up for a game of football or volleyball. 🔹 Caroline Hauberg, student assistant. Studying her Master's at the University of Copenhagen and Copenhagen Business School while preparing to start her thesis. When she's not studying, you'll find her playing music or spending time with friends. Three different paths, one thing in common: they all believe the best work happens when you genuinely connect with the people around you. 🤝

This is the time of the year when you sit down with your manager to talk about the goals for the year ahead.     ➡️ What will you commit to? ➡️ What skills will move you forward?  Our late winter/spring catalogue offers options across the pharma value chain.  Whether you're sharpening regulatory expertise, building commercial skills, or exploring emerging technologies, we have the right course for you. To see the full course catalogue, visit our website.  You can find a link to it on our profile page, Atrium Copenhagen
