Summary
This course will introduce you to key deliverables and stakeholder engagement within Medical Affairs in a pharmaceutical company.
The Medical Affairs role faces multiple opportunities in today’s rapidly changing environment. Being able to contribute with impact requires a profound understanding of critical success factors for Medical Affairs.
These include:
- Meeting expectations from internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrating patient value in real-life settings based on relevant research and clinical data
- Building true scientific leadership with a patient-oriented mindset.
At the course, experienced experts from a variety of pharma companies share their views on these success factors. In addition, you have the opportunity to apply what you learn when engaging in group sessions during the day.
