Seven types pharmaceuticals are again and again reported to be involved in severe unintended incidents. It is clear from the reports that the unintended incidents happen in certain risk-situations.

At this meeting physicians, nurses, pharmaconomists – from both primary and secondary sector – will present how they have improved patient safety and reduced the risk of errors, by focusing on workflows and handling of the seven risk-situation-pharmaceuticals.

The meeting is arranged by Danish Patient Safety Authority and Medicin.dk – the two organisations behind the campaign STOP THINK CHECK.
STOP THINK CHECK was launched in 2019 and focuses on handling of the seven risk-situation-pharmaceuticals.
