Summary

As functions in pharma companies get increasingly specialised, employees risk becoming so focused on their own tasks and targets that they lose sight of the big picture.

In this course, we focus on business critical decisions in the pharma value chain. Through a highly interactive and hands-on learning experience, we go through the journey from the discovery and selection of a molecule, through the development process, to launch and marketing of the final drug in the market.

We explore how decisions at each stage impact options, opportunities, and challenges further down the value chain.
We discuss how contributors at all levels in HQ and affiliates can make a positive difference by adopting an enterprise mindset, across organisational silos and local targets.

This concept is tried and tested among many pharma professionals over the years. Atrium has joined forces with Workz – a change agency that harnesses the power of learning games to facilitate sustainable transformation across organisations. They also have a long experience working with pharmaceutical companies.
