Professor Matthew Taylor is CEO of the York Health Economics Consortium (YHEC) at the University of York and an Honorary Professor at the university. He has led more than 100 HTA submissions and has held several senior roles within NICE, including Scientific Lead for the Economic and Methodological Unit.
