Prerequisites
You are requested to bring examples from your own organisation to enrich the workshop exercises. To get the most out of the sessions, prepare a small dataset for a supply chain built around one Tier 1 supplier. Include basic details such as the products supplied, the supplier’s location, and examples of related Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers. This lets you apply the course frameworks directly to a realistic, organisation-specific scenario.
