Why do you find it exciting to work with continued education for the life science sector?
"I find it meaningful to work with continuing education in life sciences because we help strengthen competencies in an industry that makes a real difference to patients' lives and health. At the same time, it is rewarding to see participants gain new insights and leave a course with concrete ideas and tools they can apply in their daily work."
Why do you think it is important to educate yourself throughout your life?
"I believe it is important to stay curious and continue developing professionally throughout life. Doing so not only helps us become better at our jobs, but also contributes to our personal growth. For me, continuous learning is an important part of job satisfaction. I find it motivating to acquire new knowledge, gain fresh perspectives, and connect with people across the industry."
