Summary

Sustainability management is not just about reporting and compliance, but about creating real change in the organisation. In this course, you learn how sustainability can be anchored in strategy, management and operations, and how to ensure coherence between goals, actions and follow-up.

You will be introduced to key frameworks, including the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the ESG concept and relevant regulatory requirements. At the same time, you work on how sustainability can be translated into priorities, management models and concrete initiatives in your own organisation.

The teaching combines professional presentations with cases, reflection, and dialogue, so you can continuously connect the content to your own practice.

The course is offered by IDA Learning in collaboration with Atrium. Please note that the course will be held at IDA Conference.
