World-class Medical Affairs training

The Medical Affairs function is developing into an increasingly important strategic function in the life science industry, both in Denmark and internationally. That is why Atrium is now building a portfolio of education offers to match this.

To create a world class course in Medical Affairs. This was the ambition for one of Atrium’s dedicated course leaders, Palle Torben Dahl (Therapeutic Area Lead, Multi-Indications, AstraZeneca A/S) when he started working with Atrium towards introducing Medical Affairs specific courses in Atrium’s portfolio. The first course is Rethinking the future of Medical Affairs.

“Working closely with dedicated professionals in life science when we develop new training is how we stay relevant and in line with market demands. In fact, we’re the experts at engaging experts to teach at our courses. The world class level of knowledge embedded in Rethinking the future of Medical Affairs is an example of our current focus on Medical Affairs. The list of lecturers at this course is A-level”, explains Søren-Ulrik Rolsted Fangholm, Managing Director, about Atrium’s ambition and the collaboration with Palle Torben Dahl.

Powerful line up of experts

Renowned experts in the field of Medical Affairs will deliver a thorough update on both current and future challenges and opportunities in global and affiliate Medical Affairs. In addition to a profound understanding of Medical Affairs, attendees also get the opportunity to engage in conversation with colleagues and extend their professional network.

“I’m truly excited about having gathered such a powerful group of lecturers for Rethinking the future of Medical Affairs. It will be two days packed with information and discussions about the Medical Affairs function’s own perception of its key tasks, now and in the future, and about expectations from internal and external stakeholders. I’m confident everyone will leave with a clearer notion of the future role of Medical Affairs and how to be part of it”, says Palle Torben Dahl.
